CostPilot (“we”, “us”) helps you track vehicle costs such as fuel, expenses, and maintenance. This policy explains what data is processed and why.
CostPilot stores your tracking data locally on your device, including vehicles you add, fuel entries, expenses, notes, and reminders.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we process your email address and Firebase user ID for account identification and purchase restore.
CostPilot may download vehicle catalog data (such as brand/model names) from Firebase Cloud Firestore to improve the car selection experience. This catalog data is not linked to your identity.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. CostPilot uses RevenueCat to verify subscription status. We do not store your payment card details.
The free version may display ads via Google AdMob. Ad providers may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads according to their policies.
