Last updated: 2 October 2026 · applies to CostPilot 2.0 and later
This page is for the CostPilot car cost log app. You can delete your CostPilot account and the data stored with it at any time.
In the app
Open CostPilot and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.
The deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, write to info@pixelnomadstudio.com from the email address of your account, or tell us which sign-in you used (Apple or Google), and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account (the identifier and email address from Sign in with Apple or Google).
Your cloud backup: cars, fill-ups, expenses and reminders.
When done in the app: the log on that device as well.
What is not deleted
Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which they keep as long as they are required to.
Usage statistics and crash reports, which are not tied to your account.
A subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting data without deleting the account
Inside the app you can delete single entries or a whole car at any time. To have only your cloud backup removed while keeping the account, write to info@pixelnomadstudio.com.
